Participation Costs

Costs are €1000 excluding VAT per company. Included in this price are electricity, general booth construction and furniture prescribed by the exhibition. 

NB: you can apply for a subsidy (Subsidie SIB Collectieve activiteit) at RVO, which allows you to request 50% of your participation cost back. For the conditions please refer to this page.

You will receive services with a total commercial value of €4,500,-

Travel & Accommodation

Transportation costs for demos or products, personal travel, accommodation, out-of-pocket expenses, and any other costs (such as insurance) are at your own expense.

Attendence

VDS is an intense experience from dawn till dusk. We kindly ask you to be present for the full duration of the program, which means arriving on Tuesday, 21 October and staying until the afternoon of Thursday, 23 October.
