Join this Innovation Mission to Oslo during Oslo Innovation Week 2026, connecting innovative companies from the Rotterdam–The Hague region with one of Europe’s most dynamic innovation ecosystems. The mission is organised by Rotterdam Partners, InnovationQuarter, City of Rotterdam, PortXL, UPSTREAM and is open to start-ups/scale-ups,corporates and ecosystem partners!

Oslo Innovation Week brings together startups, scale-ups, investors, corporates and public-sector organisations from Norway and beyond. Through conferences, networking events and ecosystem gatherings, the week offers a strong platform to explore new partnerships, market opportunities and international collaboration.

This mission builds on the long-standing relationship between Rotterdam and Oslo, formalised through an MoU signed in 2023 to strengthen cooperation on the green transition in the maritime sector. Since then, the two ecosystems have continued to connect through the Rotterdam Trade Mission to Nor-Shipping 2025 and an incoming Oslo Delegation to Rotterdam in 2026.

Now, we are taking the next step: bringing both ecosystems together again during Oslo Innovation Week, with a dedicated focus on maritime innovation, ports, technology and sustainable growth.

Practical Information

Participation Costs

This trip is made possible by Rotterdam Partners and Rotterdam Maritime Capital of Europe, allowing participating companies to join the programme free of charge.

Accommodation

Flights and accommodation are at own expense.

We can provide accommodation recommendations accordingly.

Program

While the program itself runs for two days, we recommend arriving on Tuesday evening and departing on Friday morning to make the most of the full program.
