About the event

The Netherlands Pavilion at the it-sa Expo & Congress offers Dutch cybersecurity companies the opportunity to showcase their solutions at Germany’s leading trade fair for IT security.

it-sa brings together over 28,000 professionals from more than 60 countries and close to 1,000 exhibitors, making it one of the largest cybersecurity events in Europe. The event serves as a key meeting point for industry, government and research.

Participants will be participate in a Netherlands Pavilion, aimed at increasing visibility, strengthening positioning and connecting with international stakeholders. Each company will have its own pod within the pavilion.

What to expect?

Participation in the Netherlands Pavilion provides a structured way to exhibit at it-sa Expo&Congress as part of a collective Dutch presence.

Participants can expect:

  • Exhibition space within the Netherlands Pavilion
    A pod within a Netherlands branded pavilion, ensuring a professional and recognisable presentation.
  • Increased visibility through collective presence
    Benefit from being part of a coordinated Netherlands pavilion that attracts visitors and strengthens positioning.

    Engage with a wide range of visitors, including companies, public organisations and potential partners from across Europe.
  • On-site support and organisation
    Coordination, setup and on-site guidance provided as part of the collective participation.

    Visibility through joint promotion and official event communications.

What is included

The participation fee includes:

  • Booth space within the Netherlands Pavilion
  • Standard booth construction (including branding, furniture, screen and lighting)
  • Organisation and coordination of the pavilion
  • Catering (beverages and snacks)
  • On-site support
  • Inclusion in collective marketing and communications

What is not included

  • Travel and accommodation
  • Additional booth customisation or materials
  • Optional services from the exhibition organiser (e.g. scanners, internet)
  • Transport of additional products or materials

Practical Information

Participation & selection

Participation in the Netherlands Pavilion is limited to approximately 10–15 companies. Due to the limited number of available spots, participation is based on application and selection. Submitting a registration does not guarantee participation.

A formal confirmation will be shared by 30 April. Following confirmation, participants will receive further details regarding logistics, preparation and next steps.

Participation fee

  • €4,000 per company
  • Free of charge for PIB members

Participation fees do not include travel, accommodation or VAT.

Travel & Accomodation

Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel and accommodation.

The event takes place in Nuremberg. Hotel rates during the exhibition period are typically around €250 per night, depending on availability and booking time. Further practical information and recommendations will be shared after confirmation of participation.

Participants are expected to be present at the Netherlands pavilion during the full exhibition opening hours. Each company must ensure that at least one representative is present at the booth at all times. Late arrival or early departure is not permitted, so please take this into account when arranging travel and accommodation.

The exhibition opening hours are: 

  • Tuesday, 27 October 2026: 09:00 - 18:00 hrs 
  • Wednesday, 28 October 2026: 09:00 - 18:00 hrs
  • Thursday, 29 October 2026: 09:00 - 17:00 hrs
