Nadia Kadhim

CEO Naq Cyber

"I believe that we should all work together to create a level playing field for men and women alike, across all sectors but especially the tech sector. We can only do this by championing women and our male allies, and paving the way for girls wanting to enter this sector through education and accessible language."

Nadia is a Dutch Child Rights Lawyer specialising in International Law, cyber security and GDPR legislation. Starting her career in child protection, she worked at UNICEF in Geneva and helped social workers and mental healthcare professionals by providing them with training on recognising and combatting child abuse. Cinzia Silvestri

Founder and CEO Bi/ond | Entrepreneur | Innovator | TEDx Speaker | InspiringFifty Italy

Cinzia believes that as every person is unique, our medicine should reflect that as well. She is a resilient and creative entrepreneur who brings real and inclusive innovation to society by applying her passion and knowledge in microelectronics. She is the founder and CEO of Bi/ond, a deep-tech company that empowers diversity in biological studies by engineering microchips.

In 2018, she was named one of the 50 most inspiring women in Italy's technology sector (InspiringFifty – Italy). Thanks to her vision, Bi/ond has been included in the Fund Right Initiative both as a women-led company and diversity in the team.

Andreea Moga

Founder Rotterdam.AI, Ambassador voor ‘Woman in AI’ and Associate Manager Accenture – Data & AI application development.

I am a "corporate entrepreneur" with a passion for Education and Data & AI in making a good impact in our Society and building the bridge between AI startups, Universities and the Industry. I've worked as a consultant for almost 7 years across various market sectors: Space sector, Transport & Logistics sector, IP video-cameras. I have worked across different geographic areas, and have experience working with both public and commercial sector organizations.

When founding Rotterdam.AI I saw a need in the market of upskilling people with domain knowledge who know the problems best and where to fit AI technology according to their needs. Being autonomous, auto-motivated and goal-driven entrepreneur, I was able to motivate like-minded engineers like me to educate programming and tech knowledge to the community of Rotterdam and surroundings. Roadmaps planning, measuring metrics, facilitating meetups, moderating, organizing and being a driving force during educational bootcamps were main activities.
