In 2026, following two years of exploration and accumulating valuable experience, ROM Nederland will initiate a Dutch pavilion at E-world energy & water. This pavilion will serve as a central location for pioneering Dutch companies in the energy sector to showcase their advancements and engage with the broader international energy ecosystem.

Each year, it attracts professionals from over 70 countries who come together to discover the latest trends, technologies, and collaborative opportunities in smart energy, digitalisation, and sustainable solutions.

Participation Costs
Participation is priced at:
Exhibitor: €1,950 excl. VAT for startups, incl. pavilion desk (max 50 employees or a revenue lower than €500.000)
Exhibitor: €2,950 excl. VAT for scale-ups, incl. pavilion desk
Mission-only participant: €950 excl. VAT for participating in program only, excl. pavilion desk
* Note: These prices apply to 2 persons per company maximum.
Travel & Accomodation
Travel and accommodation costs, transportation costs for products, personal travel, out-of-pocket expenses, and any other costs (such as insurance) are at your own expense.
