Securing the Future of Health Data: Dutch-Swedish Seminar on EHDS | The Netherlands embassy in Stockholm is arranging a half-day seminar about cybersecurity and the European Health Data Space (EHDS). The EHDS is the EU’s first sector-specific common data space, creating a unified framework for the use and exchange of electronic health data across EU countries. The regulation empowers individuals to access and control their health data, supports secure reuse of data for research, innovation and policy – and promotes interoperability of electronic health record (EHR) systems. We will discuss security and privacy aspects together with Dutch and Swedish experts representing both the public and the private sector (for example MinVWS, eHälsomyndigheten, Philips, Sectra, Cambio, Zenya, Getinge, Elekta & Northwave). Audience will be representatives from Swedish regions, municipalities, hospitals and other stakeholders who use medical devices and health data. We will end the afternoon with a network reception at the residence. |
