From June 16th-19th, CIRED, the International Electricity Conference and Exhibition, will take place in Geneva, Switzerland. At this event, you will have the chance to connect with key decision-makers from 62 different countries in the field of electricity distribution and associated services. The topics discussed will include operations, protection, control and automation, network components, power quality and electromagnetic compatibility, planning of power distribution systems, and DSO business and risk management.
 

InnovationQuarter and ROM Utrecht Region are offering 4 scale up businesses the opportunity to join the Netherlands Pavilion, organized in collaboration with Stichting Dutch Power. Other participants of the pavilion are Alfen, Alliander, Batenburg, Eaton, ELEQ, Enexis, GridtoGreat, Lovink Enertech, Prysmian, Siemens, Stedin, Technolution – Phase to Phase and TKF.

Practical Information

Costs for participating

The costs for participating in this fair are €5000 euros (excluding VAT) per company.

This price includes a position at the Dutch Pavilion, side activities organised by the Dutch pavilion and access to the Exhibition area. Details are to be discussed at a later stage. 

NB: this fee does NOT include access to the conference. Tickets for the conference can be purchased separately on the website of CIRED.

NB: you can apply for a subsidy (Subsidie SIB Collectieve activiteit) at RVO, which allows you to request half of your participation cost back. For the conditions please refer to this page.

Accomodation

Travel and accommodation costs are for your own account. 

Cancellation policy

The costs for participating do not cover the entire costs for the organization of this pavilion. If you cancel after the 31st of December we will charge you for all the costs incurred by InnovationQuarter.

If you, as a company, cancel your participation after the cancellation deadline €6000 euros will be charged to your organisation. When you complete your registration you agree with these conditions.
