About E-world 2027
E-world is recognised as the leading European trade fair for the energy and water sector. Each year, it attracts professionals from over 70 countries who come together to discover the latest trends, technologies, and collaborative opportunities in smart energy, digitalisation, and sustainable solutions.
This year we will organise a Dutch pavilion at E-world energy & water again as well as a trademission. This pavilion will serve as a central location for pioneering Dutch companies in the energy sector to showcase their advancements and engage with the broader international energy ecosystem.
Why participate in the Trade Mission?
This pavilion will serve as a central location for pioneering Dutch companies in the energy sector to showcase their advancements and engage with the broader international energy ecosystem.
What the Trade Mission offers:
- A dedicated space within the joint Dutch pavilion
- Shared facilities such as a bar, presentation area, catering, and informal networking drinks
- Access to side events and content-driven sessions
- Support with matchmaking and introductions to relevant parties from the European energy ecosystem
- Networking opportunities at the pavilion and during the networking reception, in collaboration with the Dutch Consulate-General in Düsseldorf
- A site visit to a German innovative organisation
- Additional visibility through a joint communication campaign

€1500 for start-ups (max. 30 employees or a revenue lower than €500.000)

€2500 for scale-ups and SME's
The participation fee covers up to two representatives per company. Additional representatives from the same company can join for €250 per person.

Individual SIB subsidy is not available for participation in this event.
Option B: Join as Mission company

Practical information
Travel & Accommodation
Travel and accommodation costs are for your own account. We are working on a block booking, information will follow.
Confirmation of your participation
All registrations are subject to review. We will inform you of the outcome within 10 working days. Your participation is only confirmed once you have received written confirmation from us.
Cancellation policy
If you cancel your participation after November 1st, 2026, we will have to charge your company for all costs incurred. This includes the full participation fee, as well as additional costs as the fee does not fully cover the total costs of organizing this pavilion.
When you complete your registration you agree with these conditions.
