About Enlit Europe 2025

Enlit Europe takes place from the 18th until the 20th of November in Bilbao, Spain this year. The conference and exhibition are focused on the energy transition in Europe. Enlit covers a range of topics including: power generation, transmission & distribution, digitalisation, energy markets, smart energy, renewables and many more.

Practical Information

Costs for participating

Startups/ Scale-ups: €750 per company excl. VAT (excluding travel and accommodation) - max 1 company representative.

Large companies: €3500 per company excl. VAT (excluding travel and accommodation) - max 4 company representatives.

Travel & Accomodation

Travel and accommodation costs are for you own account. We have made a block booking at two nearby hotels. 
We have a block booking at the following hotels:

  • Hotel Carlton Bilbao
    €215 per person per night (including breakfast).
  • Hotel Catalonia Gran Via Bilbao
    €235 per person per night (including breakfast)

After registration, you will receive further information on how to make use of the block booking and on the payment process.

Confirmation of your participation

As we want to ensure participants reach their goals during this event, your registration will be reviewed. We will confirm your registration within 10 working days.

Cancellation policy

If you cancel your participation after June 1st, 2025, we will have to charge your company for all costs incurred by InnovationQuarter. This includes the full participation fee, which is determined based on your company size, as well as additional costs as the fee does not fully cover the total costs of organizing this pavilion.

When you complete your registration you agree with these conditions.
