About Enlit Europe 2023

Enlit Europe takes place from the 28th until the 30th of November in Paris this year. The conference and exhibition are focused on the energy transition in Europe. Enlit covers power generation, transmission & distribution, digitalisation, energy markets, smart energy, renewables and many more topics.

The event will bring together;

  • 18.000+ professionals from power generators, IPPs, utilities, grid operators (DSO and TSO), energy companies, retailers, energy markets, energy traders and exchanges;
  • commercial and industrial energy users;
  • and more than 1000 exhibitors.

Why is this mission valuable for me?

Enlit Europe offers an opportunity to get in touch with key players in the energy industry, meet potential clients and partners and learn about the latest developments in the sector. Exhibiting at the Dutch Pavilion is a great chance to augment your visibility at the expo and join forces with other Dutch companies.

We offer scale-ups that provide solutions for smart and cybersecure energy systems the opportunity to have a spot at the Dutch Pavilion. Please note limited spots for scale ups are available at the pavilion and these will be assigned to (relevant) applicants on a first-come, first-served basis.

Last year (2022) the Dutch pavilion consisted of: Alfen, Info Support, Locamation, Siemens, Stedin, Technolution and Scalys, ATS Card Solutions, Blicker, Blockbax, Whiffle and Chapter8

Who are you?

  • A scale up/SME that offers an innovative solution related to energy
  • Scaling is part of your international roadmap and you have sufficient resources to do so
  • A high-level representative of your company will be able to join the mission (CEO / Commercial Director etc.)
  • Have max 50 employees or a revenue lower than 500.000 euro

Practical Information

Costs for participating

The costs for participating are €3500 euros (excluding VAT) per scale-up company.

This price includes your space at the Dutch Pavilion and side activities organised by the Dutch pavilion. Details are to be discussed at a later stage. A table and screen to showcase your innovation are included. Please note that access to the summit area is not included in this fee, but can be purchased seperately via Enlit Europe. 

Travel & Accomodation

Travel and accommodation costs are for your own account. We will make a group reservation for a hotel, which participants may decide to use. You will be informed about this after registration.

Confirmation of your participation

As we want to ensure participants reach their goals during this event, your registration will be reviewed. We will confirm your registration within 10 working days.

Cancellation policy

If you cancel your participation after the 1st of June 2023 we will charge you for all the costs incurred by InnovationQuarter. If you do cancel your participation after this date, €6000 euros will be charged to your company as the participation fee does not cover the entire costs for the organisation of this pavilion.

PLEASE NOTE that InnovationQuarter reserves the right to cancel the pavilion, and thus your participation, if not enough companies register by September 2023 and therefore a balanced budget cannot be realised.
